MSRA members...you can now pay your membership fee online using paypal.   Go under the Home link and select 'Membership Fee'. Enter a payment amount ($25 for basic membership) and use your paypal id to make the payment.  If you do not have a paypal id, it takes a few minutes to set one up on www.paypal.com
